Para ser sincero no creo que esta dirección de correo sjobs@mac.com sea el utilizado por el CEO de Apple, sin embargo un usuario de una nueva MacBook Pro redacto un correo en el que explicaba como el trackpad de la nueva portátil no estaba funcionando como el deseaba.
Incluso menciona que la nueva cerradura imantada de la MacBook Pro no le permite trabajar cómodamente cuando se encuentra en la cama (cada uno a su manera).
El punto es que un representante de la empresa llamó al usuario para explicarle que el problema con el clic del trackpad se está analizando pues son varios los propietarios que llaman a la empresa por esta causa.
Por otro lado el tema de la cerradura esta fuera de discusión porque el diseño de la nueva portátil ofrece mayor versatilidad pero no rigidez.
